About The Role:

***This is a role for a forwarding thinking People professional with at least 2 years of experience in an HR function, who is capable of rolling up their sleeves and supporting the more senior members of the People and Culture Team with ensuring operational efficiency, high quality and fair casework that supports business outputs.


About You:

***- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in an HR function

  • Basic generalist HR skills, including a reasonable knowledge of performance management practices, employee engagement, compensation and policy/procedure
  • Either undertaking or looking to start a CIPD qualification
  • Willingness to make it happen and always striving for success
  • Committed to getting it right first time and high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Resilient and able to effectively deliver in a fastpaced work environment
  • Goes above and beyond for the team and has a positive work ethic
  • Ability to prioritise, work well under pressure and multitask effectively
  • Innovative thinker, striving for continual process improvement
  • Solution finder with good analytical and IT skills, used to working with metrics and data to make informed recommendations and decisions
  • Strong relationship building skills and stakeholder management
