- 6 month Contract

£500 per day

Surrey


Panoramic Associates are working with a social landlord that are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team on an interim basis.

The Operations Manager is pivotal to the success of the operational delivery, creating excellent partnerships withcontractors, leading and developing knowledgeable customer-focused teams and coordinating services across Housing Operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Inspire, motivate and develop a confident, highly skilled team who are focused on delivering a responsive repairs and maintenance service delivering high levels of satisfaction.
  • Deliver the Housing Operations repairs and maintenance programme including the works required to ensure our homes meet the required health and safety standards.
  • Ensure that energy efficiency and sustainability principles are considered in every workstream to ensure the Council priority of Net Carbon Zero is achieved by 2030.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


  • An understanding of how maintenance and social housing management is evolving and a clear vision of how to adapt services in today's environment.
  • Experience of leading large scale housing repairs and maintenance services.
  • Experience about the services that the tenants need and a demonstrable understanding of how to meet those needs and manage expectations.
  • Educated to degree level or with work related equivalent experience.
