'outstanding' behaviour in

Northumberland is looking to appoint a patient, resilient and confident learning support assistant. You will be supporting a child with an EHCP, autism as the primary need. The pupil does not present with challenging behaviour.

The main duties will include:

Supporting the pupil in their education through the national curriculum
Working with a class teacher to implement interventions
Taking advice from therapists and implementing when needed
Supporting the planning and delivery of creative and innovative lessons
Delivering phonics
Promoting independence with life skills
Providing an outstanding level of safeguarding and pastoral care
Be available for work Monday to Friday
Have experience as a teaching assistant
Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with ourselves)
A fully checkable work history
In addition to that, we are currently offering £100 for the successful referral of either Teachers or Teaching Assistants._
