Are you a creative, enthusiastic event professional, who enjoys delivering high-quality projects for corporate clients?


Our growing team is looking for a talented Event Coordinator who will work closely with our customers to deliver events, exhibitions, and conferences in the UK and across EMEA.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in event planning or a recent events management graduate to kickstart their career in the vibrant world of events.


Your role will include working alongside senior team members in delivering large-scale, international projects offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative environment, allowing you to grow your skills and contribute to the success of our events.

Your role

As an Events Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Senior Project Managers to understand client requirements and event objectives
  • Researching suppliers/venues during the event planning stages
  • Managing communications/logistics with suppliers/venues running up to, during and after events/exhibitions
  • Sourcing and procuring event merchandise
  • Owning and delivering small adhoc tasks for clients
  • Providing onsite support during events/exhibitions
  • Handling administrative tasks such as inventory management for event supplies.
  • Support the preparation of event materials and documentation

Additional Duties may include:
Keep informed of industry developments and continually challenge yourself and the team to innovate and advance


What we need
Some of the things that you need to bring to the table:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic computer literacy, including in Microsoft Office
  • Creative thinking and proactive approach to problemsolving
  • Comfortable with autonomous time management while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong team player that wants to help others succeed.
  • Passion for event management and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
Other skills and experience that would set you apart:

  • Experience with hybrid and digital events
  • Experience in setting up and managing online registration platforms
  • A second language may be beneficial
  • An understanding of technical productions such as video, livestreams, software development, social media

Requirements for the Role

  • Periodic international travel a passport is essential
  • The role will not always fit to conventional 95 patterns flexibility is needed
  • A full driver's license and access to your own vehicle

You will be joining the V-Ex Events Department - a team of talented individuals who work with major international brands and blue-chip companies to deliver creative and bespoke events, conferences and exhibition stands.


As part of the Marketing & Technologies Group, you will have access to a full creative suite of designers, artists, developers and marketeers to enable you to deliver events to the very highest standards for your clients.

£22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
