  • Lead a team of hub supervisors and drivers operating from our Cross-Docking Hub
  • Implement the operational and maintenance processes of our facility, including the planning and ongoing operations of inbound receiving, sortation and warehouse management systems solutions
  • Liaise with and proactively work with the fleet manager to oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
  • Work closely with the operations team to identify areas of growth within the team and the daily operations
  • Responsive communications with our central operations team to mitigate delays or impact on service
  • Set, communicate and manage the team's KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to achieve the main company KPIs and targets.
A bit about you

  • You'll have a number of years in logistics, warehousing or material management
  • Enthusiastic about ondemand logistics
  • Able to think on your feet, both day to day and strategically
  • Happy to work the occasional weekend (days in the week provided inlieu)
  • A team player productive culture is super important
  • Make datadriven decisions using excel or similar
