Join CarMoney, a rapidly growing digital financial-services company based in Eurocentral, just off the M8 between Glasgow and Edinburgh. We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Auditorto support the growing business.

As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will be response for listening to calls taken place to ensure end to end processes are being upheld.

You would be given full training in the sales process to best understand key areas of the business and processes needed to compete a FCA complaint sale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed quality assurance reviews on work undertaken by other colleagues. identifying errors and providing detailed reworks
  • Provide guidance and manage escalations on the identification of suspicious behaviour on customer deal files
  • Provide timely feedback to drive Right First-Time performance
  • Experience quality reviewing / testing the work of others to ensure quality standards and expectations are always met.
  • Proactively manage own work allocation and meet daily, monthly productivity and quality targets by seeking clear guidance, instruction or coaching to help fulfil your role
  • Update metrics trackers accurately and in a timely manner
  • Experience supporting and coaching in the team
  • Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders from credit and sales
  • Work collaboratively to drive ideas/solutions with peers, TL's and managers which will improve efficiency in processes.
  • Be able to implement and adapt to new or changing processes quickly.
  • Proactively build relationships with all team members and give feedback where applicable

Requirements.

  • Experience in the monitoring of customer transactions, including assessing historical/current customer information and interactions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory developments driving the industry and key issues affecting regulated firms.
  • A high level of attention to detail and experience following strict processes and requirements.
  • Experience of conducting quality reviews on work undertaken by others, dealing with escalations
