About the Opportunity:


In this role you will:


  • Secure top talent for our business through best practice sourcing & selection solutions
  • Manage a high volume of recruitment vacancies ranging from Executive to Supply Chain
  • Build meaningful relationships both internally and externally and be visible and accountable at all times
  • Collaborate with Talent & HR Business Partners and additional HR team members to ensure we, as a wider HR team, deliver a fantastic service to the organisation

The experience we need:


  • Demonstrable track record of achievement in either a Talent Acquisition / Recruiting role
  • A good working knowledge of recruitment assessments / tools
  • Experience of managing volume recruitment projects as well as individual bespoke assignments
  • Competent user of all MS Office Applications and experience of using an ATS
  • CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable)

  • Ability to deliver on time multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously whilst maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy

  • A teamplayer; open to offer creative and constructive ideas to continue the team's success and efficiency
  • Dedicated and ambitious; takes initiative and follows through authoritatively
  • A problem solver with a natural ability to ask the right questions and maximize resource available to ensure successful recruitment delivery
