Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder management and project reporting to senior management

- "Go-to" person for all CRM related business queries

Single point of contact for critical incidents coordinating between internal IT teams and software vendors
Implementation and adoption of new systems including CRM and PAS
Perform system configurations and coordinate system developments with vendors
Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
Responsible to ensure data integrity is being managed by the relevant Data Owners

Key Requirements:

Previous experience owning a system or CRM system ideally within financial services
Data administration and management experience and excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
Experience in business analysis to effectively capture stakeholder requirements
Experience working with private and sensitive personal information
An analytical mindset with problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced organization with demanding stakeholders in multiple locations across the globe
