Description

We are looking for a User Experience focused PM, hands on individual contributor & seasoned product leader to join our M365 Core Experiences team.

The PM needs to be comfortable working across disciplines with engineers, data scientists, researchers, and UX designers to deliver these experiences in a way that delights users and delivers overall product goals.

A passion for analyzing customer behavior, developing metrics and cultivating novel & delightful techniques to help our customers are all essential ingredients for this PM.

Responsibilities:

Collaborating across teams at Microsoft, cutting through ambiguity and getting product shipped.
Lead innovative projects with a focus on improving AI powered M365 experiences in Outlook, Teams, Office, Windows &Edge
Working across disciplines with engineers, data scientists, researchers, and UX designers to deliver these experiences in a way that delights users and increases product engagement
Analyzing customer behavior, developing metrics and cultivating novel & delightful techniques to help our customers
GTM of novel AI powered experiences

Qualifications:

Extensive Product Management experience
Excellent track record for delivering experiences that delight users
Tangible experience with NL/AI offerings
Excellent communication, collaboration and execution skills
Ability to prioritize and make hard decisions
Versatility in driving technical topics, vision, planning and daytoday project management
