Job Title:
Graduate 1st Line Technical Support Adviser

Reporting to:
Technical and Quality

Working Hours:

The employee's normal working hours are 38.75 hours a week Monday to Friday with 45 minutes for lunch.

Full flexibility will be required as overtime will be dependent on travel requirements and work load and the expectation will be the ability to travel for site visits eventually.

Purpose of Role:

Key Responsibilities

Taking Inbound calls from internal and external colleagues, clients and customers
Advising clients, colleagues and customers how to fault find and troubleshoot problems with lighting products
Creating reports and analysing data and feeding back to Quality Control Manager
Providing advice and guidance to customers to maximise the usage and efficiency of their systems

About you:

You will have the confidence to provide strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication, customer handling and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues in an extremely customer focused department.

Skills, Experience and Abilities

Essential

Good communicator providing effective and positive customer focussed support with the general public, contractors, sales, internal and external people at all levels.
Have an analytical approach to problem solving.
The ability to manage information to produce reports to the business/Maintain/Improve database
The ability to analyse data and produce reports to support quality improvements (intermediate excel)
Good document control to accurately log correct information (intermediate use of Microsoft Office)
Ability to prioritise work load with good time management
Full driving license is required

Desirable
Good general knowledge of Lighting technically

Electrical knowledge

Hours of work, Monday to Friday pm
