What you'll be doing
:


In this role you'll be working with other members of the Compensation Offer Team, using compensation guidelines and procedures to determine salary offers for internal staffing and/or external hires across the enterprise.


  • Ownership of analysis to ensure offers are equitable.
  • Ensures offers are competitive and contribute to the organization's ability to attract, retain and motivate employees.
  • Effectively works with a team in a fastpaced environment to ensure offers are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Support on all International fair pay analysis and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Performs other compensation analysis, as needed.
  • Participate in survey input.
  • Participate in salary range review, including analysis.
  • Works with the compensation team to support the annual base pay increase and shortterm incentive processes.
  • Support where necessary on structural changes / projects.
  • Perform other compensation analysis / support, as needed.

What we're looking for
:


You'll need to have:


  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Compensation, data analysis or HR experience with an emphasis on analytical work.
  • Fluency in English.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:


  • Excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to communicate with leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fastpaced environment.
  • Highly proficient in the latest word processing, presentation, and data analysis software.
  • Extremely detailoriented and strong communication and organizational skills.
