What you'll be doing
:

In this role you'll be working with other members of the Compensation Offer Team, using compensation guidelines and procedures to determine salary offers for internal staffing and/or external hires across the enterprise.

Ownership of analysis to ensure offers are equitable.
Ensures offers are competitive and contribute to the organization's ability to attract, retain and motivate employees.
Effectively works with a team in a fastpaced environment to ensure offers are completed in a timely fashion.
Support on all International fair pay analysis and statutory reporting requirements.
Performs other compensation analysis, as needed.
Participate in survey input.
Participate in salary range review, including analysis.
Works with the compensation team to support the annual base pay increase and shortterm incentive processes.
Support where necessary on structural changes / projects.
Perform other compensation analysis / support, as needed.

What we're looking for
:

You'll need to have:

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
Compensation, data analysis or HR experience with an emphasis on analytical work.
Fluency in English.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

Excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to communicate with leadership.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fastpaced environment.
Highly proficient in the latest word processing, presentation, and data analysis software.
Extremely detailoriented and strong communication and organizational skills.
