We have an exciting locum opportunity for a Senior Building Control Surveyor with UK experience to join our team.

Location:
Wood Green. Hybrid working, but includes site inspections within Haringey.

Pay rate (Assignment rate): £42 per hour (depending on experience)

Contract Length: 3-Months

Shift Pattern:
Hours could be flexible

Requirements for the Senior Building Control Surveyor role:

Own transport required

Building Control experience

Local Authority Building Control experience preferred
Achieved or working towards BSR registration (Class 2)
Ability to carry out the full range of duties i.e. Plan checking and site inspections
