An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Health Visiting team as a Health Care Support Worker. This role will require good communication and organisational skills. Working along side the Health Visiting teams to support in their roles organising clinics, developments, administration and contacting families.

The health visiting team is a dynamic service that promotes professional development of staff and embraces support, respect and dignity.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

This job profile sets out the key areas where the Nursing Support Worker can participate in
supporting the professional practitioner in caring for patients / clients and their families.
The post holder will be a member of the Health Visiting Service, carrying out all duties under
the supervision of the Health Visitor / School / Clinic Nurse.
