We are looking for a confident, ambitious leader to join our highly successful and expanding business, working to ensure our reputation for great customer service is maintained.
The role is reporting into the Logistics Managers to lead the initial operational stages of our client experience, overseeing 11 members of staff.
You will be working with our enthusiastic team, to help drive the company to the forefront of the industry, ensuring processes are maintained and customers are kept happy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planning staff workload and ensuring this is completed on time.
- Monitoring and improving KPI's for the team.
- Dealing with customer escalations.
- Reporting to senior management.
- Monitoring customer feedback.
- Maintaining standards by overseeing regular training.
- Handling internal disciplinaries and performance improvement plans when required.
Skills Required:
- 2 years customer service experience.
- Hold GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
- High attention to detail.
- Confident.
- Reliable, good timekeeper, wellpresented and willing to learn new skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Be willing to go the extra mile.
