Lettings Coordinator - Victoria - £26,000 to £30,000 + Benefits

My client a leading multi branch global property services firm are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Coordinator with Tenancy Progression experience to join their vibrant office in Victoria.

You will be a vital part of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the office, progressing new tenancies from offer to move in, alongside providing support to the director.

Responsibilities:

Handling enquiries
Processing new tenancy files from point of offer to move in using Goodlord
Organising EPC's and Gas Safety Certificates
Providing general support for the lettings and client accounts department
Support to the director
Handling landlord and tenant enquires
Office management; including filing, ordering supplies and maintenance & presentation of the office

Skills and Experience Required:

At least 1 years' proven Tenancy Progression/Lettings Administration experience
Understanding of tenancy agreements
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proactive and positive approach
Ability to manage own workload, multitask and remain calm under pressure
Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail
Experience using Goodlord/Jupix would be ideal

Package:

- £26,000 - £30,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 9am5pm (Work from home on Fridays)
Dental and Private Healthcare
Just Eat Allowance £10 per day for lunch, £15 on Friday for lunch/dinner
