Our client, a specialist engineering contractor who plays a crucial role in designing and delivering sustainable water and waste water treatment solutions are looking to add an experienced Sub Agent to their team on a permanent basis for projects based in Aberdeen and Dundee.

With long term framework secured, they can offer long term job security as well as the chance to work in an experienced team who can support your development.

They are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to take on the role of Sub Agent.

This will be a varied role touching on technical, quality, programming and contractual aspects of project delivery, allowing you to become a dynamic, well rounded Sub Agent.

As a Sub Agent you will be responsible for:

Management of the construction site.
Attending prestart and progress meetings on site
Preparation of sites plans, risk assessments and method statements
Cost control and scheduling
Ensuring works are running to programme and in line with safety and environmental requirements.
Reporting on contractual milestones with the client
Educated to a minimum of HNC level in Civil Engineering.
Previous experience on Scottish Water projects.
Experienced working within a principal contracting environment.
Valid SMSTS & First Aid qualifications. EUSR or DOMS would also be advantageous.
Willing to work away from home as projects could be based across Scotland
NEC experience is desirable.
