There will be plenty of opportunity to learn and develop within the role, supporting the Head of Management Accounts with preparation of monthly accounts andBusiness Line reporting.

The role is a hybrid one, 3 days office based and 2 days at home although they tend to be in office on month end week in order to facilitate apositive team environment when deadlines are due.

Core activities of the role include the review and challenge of business leads on overhead cost accounting and control. This will require a detailed understanding of the transactional environment, identifying inconsistencies and corrective actions.

Owningthe balance sheet, identifying risks as standard and providing insight to your stakeholders will be a staple part of this opportunity.

You'll already have a record of progression in your current role and be hungry to continue your career progression in an environment that will embrace learning and development.

If you have ambition and the skills to match, my client won't expect you to bein this role in two years' time.

There is scope to move through the business and the right person will be asking questions about how they can do so.
