If you are looking for a varied Administrative position where you can support the company and team then this could be a fantastic position for you Our client are looking for an Administrator to provide support and carry out administrative functions forthe team.


The Client Administrator position will:

  • Input, update data onto the system when required
  • Process all information for events and campaigns
  • Deal with ad hoc reporting in a timely manner
  • Work with the wider business to update clients.
  • Actioning requests in alignment with internal deadlines and processes
  • Liaise with venues and sharing best practice within the team
  • Supporting the events process endtoend process
  • Follow up on the invitation process with delegates
  • Minute take and action logs for internal and external meetings as and when required
  • Prepare and distribute presentation and marketing material as and when required.
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for the distribution team as and when required
