Job Summary:


Duties:


  • Utilise various recruitment methods such as social media management, job boards, and networking to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:


  • 2 years experience in recruitment
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines

Pay:
£28,000.00 per year
