Job Summary:
Duties:
- Utilise various recruitment methods such as social media management, job boards, and networking to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies and processes.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in recruitment
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Experience with CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines
Pay:
£28,000.00 per year
