About the Role
As a Consultant, you will be work on a dedicated niche and have full ownership and autonomy over your market and clients (your 'desk').
As a specialist headhunter you will immerse yourself in your niche and build relationships with the key players within it.
You will report to Belong's Founder and Managing Director, who will provide you with all of the training you need on the industry, as well as ongoing mentorship and support.
Your Day to Day
- Establishing your niche and staying uptodate on the latest news and trends, in order to be a true specialist.
- Sourcing the very best executive talent for your clients.
- Providing a consultative, advisory and specialist service to clients.
- Assisting the Managing Director in mentoring and training new team members.
About You

Experience in a 360 recruitment role (minimum 8 months):
Recruitment sales experience (minimum 8 months experience):- Competence using LinkedIn and its advanced features (such as LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Drive, ambition, tenacity and resilience.
- A proactive and selfstarter nature happy to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong and confident communication skills, in order to speak with senior Executives.
- Competence under pressure and working to tight deadlines.
- A brilliant writer with strong grammar and high attention to detail (perfectionists welcome).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Royal Tunbridge Wells: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
