An exciting opportunity to be part of the opening team for Bang & Olufsen's new central London store.

Located on Bond Street, this store will enable customers to truly experience B&O's entire product portfolio in a home environment, set across one of our largest store spaces.

We are looking to hire multiple Sales Associate and Senior Sales team members, who are able to start throughout in October and November 2023.

Key Responsibilities:

As our new Sales Associate you will be an integral part to the success of this newly opening store. You will be introducing customers to the company's range of products whilst upholding high levels of customer service standards.

Moreover, you will:

Welcome and assist all customers. Build rapport with customers to understand their audio-visual interests and requirements, following up will relevant product or multi-product solutions

Demonstrate and sell Bang & Olufsen products, delivering impeccable customer service before, during and after the sale

Deliver impeccable customer service before, during and after the sale has taken place, creating a solid customer rapport

Meet and exceed your sales targets

Ensure that visual merchandising standards and daily tasks are followed

Make sure that the store has impeccable presentation and is a welcoming environment at all times

Stay up to date with all new products and product features, taking part in sales and product training.

What you bring

We're seeking someone with sales experience from a premium or luxury retail environment, although the right mindset and enthusiasm for retail are just as relevant.

Furthermore, you:

Are gregarious, able to adapt and connecting with people from all backgrounds

Have a desire to give great customer service, willingness to ensure customers' expectations are exceeded

Possess great team spirit and a professional attitude

Have experience with MS Office, perhaps also knowledge of payment and order systems

Enjoy representing a high-end brand, high service level, and comfortable with smart dressing

Have an interest in the luxury lifestyle sector and audio visual product

Fluency in English is mandatory
