About the role


As our Customer Liaison Officer provide an efficient, effective, and proactive customer liaison; performance monitoring and administration service for planned, energy efficiency and cyclical work to Rooftop customers and colleagues from the Assets Investmentteam.


You will continually monitor and manage the QL work tray for the team, log incoming enquiries and correspondence from customers as well as liaise with contractors to monitor programme performance and represent the voice of the customer.


About you


As our Customer Liaison Officer, you will need practical experience working in an administrative role as well as creating effective working relations with customers, contractors, and other agencies.

You will need to be able to work as a member of a team,with excellent communication skills, the ability to record accurate data, good organisational skills and with a customer focused approach.
