Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to collaborate closely with customers and internal development teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry and embodied AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex customer programs, ensuring successful achievement of program objectives.
Establish and maintain project management frameworks, including project planning, risk management, change management, and task coordination.
Align customer requirements with internal milestone planning and execution.

Requirements

Extensive experience in program management for complex automotive software development.
Proficiency in utilising program management tools to optimise workflow efficiency.
Robust technical expertise and knowledge of the automotive industry.
Ability to travel as needed.

Desirable Skills

Knowledge of current AI advancements.
Hands-on experience in software development.
A Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

This is a full-time role based in London, with a hybrid working policy that combines time in offices and workshops with time spent working from home.
