Quality Assistant - Global Expansion Market, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Slough, Berkshire

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in Reckitt for an established Global Expansion Market (GEM) division, an important and strategic pillar to accelerate growth of the company whitespaces via partnership with trusted external parties.

This role will also provide an opportunity to work with a deputy Responsible Person and Responsible Person.

In this role, the individual will be working closely with Quality Manager/Responsible Person to deliver the global expansion program, enable the launch of key Reckitt brands in whitespaces, spanning across a variety of regulatory classifications (e.g. medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, biocides, infant nutrition, VMS), ensuring maintenance of Quality systems, processes and building strong Quality culture to enable GEM to grow in a long-term, sustainable way.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Strengthen innovative strategies to expand brands as part of GEM model
  • Collaborate with trusted external Partners to enable the GEM business to grow rapidly whilst ensuring visibility and maintenance of Quality compliance
  • Help to build and improve QMS and ways of working that are fit for purpose for the business model
  • Be proactive to maintain robust Quality foundations of the business and support crossfunctional teams in expansion of Quality pillars for longterm, sustainable growth
  • Be responsible for management of Distribution Complaints, Deviations CAPA plans providing support to key stakeholders on Quality requirements
  • Ensure deviations, distribution complaints and performance trackers are managed and closed in timely manner
  • Support organization with selfinspection and audits programmes
  • Assist Quality team in delivering GDP training to all employees and Partners
  • Taking charge and ensuring administrative needs of the department are completed in timely manner
  • Ensuring monthly reports and KPIs notifications are delivered in timely manner
  • Assist Quality in maintaining the company QMS with respect to GDP requirements for medicines
  • Ensure change within the company is controlled and completed by all stakeholders
  • Review changes proposed and implemented and check its effectiveness
  • Keep accurate and uptodate record as such the documents are legible, traceable, and retainable

You'll succeed because
You have quality hands-on experience. You have experience working with a Quality Management System.

You have excellent written and verbal English skills and you're competent IT capabilities (Microsoft Office:
Excel). You have a good understanding of Root Cause Analysis as well as a good understanding of CAPA.

You have a entrepreneurial and self-motivating mindset and you're a relationship builder with strong analytical, creative (think outside the box) and problem-solving skills.

You have the ability to deal with ambiguity and work in unstructured environments.
