Collins Property Recruitment is working with a successful and established Residential Lettings and Sales business. With a dynamic team, the company have earnt many awards for their professional achievements. They are now looking for an experienced LettingsManager to join their team in Crouch End.

As the Lettings Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

Attending valuations and negotiate prices with Landlords to achieve larger property portfolio's.
Organise and conduct viewings.
Maintaining a strong relationship with all Landlords to help you acquire future business with them.
Achieving all targets set.
Implementing new and exciting initiatives for all members of staff.

The Lettings Manager will be rewarded the following:

£28, ,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
Plus commission

- £65, ,000 OTE

Required Skills:

Experience working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Manager.
Excellent people management and motivation skills.
A true professional with outstanding communication and people skills.
You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients.
Proven track record in closing deals.
It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area.
An uptodate understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition.
