Customer Development

To recruit and maintain a quality applicant base to meet existing and anticipated customer requirements.
To develop an applicant resourcing plan.
To develop and implement an effective advertising process/campaign.
To screen, interview, test (where appropriate) and reference applicants where applicable.
To manage temporary recruitment process for customers.
To negotiate, offers and start for temporary placements.
To carry out effective account management principles to maximise sales and customer and temporary worker retention / loyalty.

Person Specification

Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to converse at all levels.
Good allround process and recruitment knowledge.
Commercial astute.
Personable with the right cultural fit.
Innovative and change orientated.

Key requirements

Be a resilient and enthusiastic individual bounce back mentality
Have a proven track record of success
Strong passion to increase the business's overall turnover
Solid time management and planning abilities
Be able to pick up the pace when the workloads increase
