Role Description:
About the Role
A key part of the role is taking a personal and hands-on approach with each prospective student ensuring that they receive a first-class admission experience.
The role also supports wider recruitment activities such as student ambassador telephone campaigns as well as sending out communications to prospective students to keep them updated about the university.
You will support the wider work of the university at major events such as Open Days, Registration and Graduation.About You
This is a busy and varied role requiring a keen attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
There will be frequent contact with admission tutors, prospective students, and sponsors, so you will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Much of the work is computer based, so IT literacy, experience of using databases and the web is essential.About Us
