The Waldorf Hilton London
is an iconic & historic London hotel built in the late 1800, located in Aldwych.
The hotel features 298 Guest Rooms, including 19 suites. Blending Edwardian "Du Siecle" with modern comfort.
Our hotel sits in the center of London's glitzy theatre district, just a few minutes' walk from Covent Garden, The Royal Opera House and Trafalgar Square.

Salary:
£12.50 an Hour - 39 Hours a week

As a Food & Beverage Administrator, you are responsible to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
You will also be required to work in all areas of Food and Beverage and strive to achieve departmental targets.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:- Efficient handling of guests' complaints and their followup.
- Carry out daily administrative activities of the F&B Director while adhering to Hilton Standards, policies and procedures
- Coordinating of (group) bookings and inquiries of the various Food and Beverage outlets.
- Ensure outgoing mail is dispatched in a timely manner
- Provide minutes to Team Meetings and compile management reports in a timely and accurate manner if necessary
- Identify and build internal and external relationships
- Ensure food and beverage programmes are market leading to provide a compelling and relevant offer for our guests
- Supporting communication to hotel teams on latest initiatives
