WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bespoke recruitment (construction) ltd is currently seeking to hire a skilled
Laborer to perform a variety of tasks in the construction industry.

The position duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Prepare work areas for construction by removing debris and trash

Perform physical labor tasks such as lifting, bending, and working in tight spaces
Assist project leaders in maintaining a clean and safe work site
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Physically able to work on rooftops and in elevated positions
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendor representatives, customers, and other team members
Must be able to use hand tools such as: jacks, ladders, stands, cranes, forklifts, etc.
Ability to use common sense when performing tasks questions arise
Must be able to work independently or with a team for extended periods of time (8+ hours)
Must be able to work overtime as needed (typically 24 days per month)
Previous construction experience preferred but not required. We will provide the training needed.
