Description
To support the growth of the established HIV testing in the Emergency Department (ED) and be required to maintain and manage their own caseload of patientsTo work closely as part of the MDT to care for our patients who are identified on our ED Opt OutTesting database - this will include patients tested in primary and other parts of secondary careTo see clients diagnosed with HIV/sexually transmitted infections - for support, health education,partner notification, health promotion and risk reductionTo provide pre and post-test discussion for HIV where appropriateTo ensure a seamless transition into the HIV service for newly diagnosed casesTo form effective working relationships with all colleagues within the Sexual Health and HIV services, Safeguarding services, Primary Care, Drugs and Alcohol services, Third Sector, Outreach and Voluntary organisations
