Morgan Hunt is supporting a property maintenance specialist for an Health and Safety Manager.
This is a home based Regional role in Scotland with some travel and overnight stays as required.

Job Role:

H&S Manager/Trainer is an evolution of the traditional HSE Advisor/Manager role with a focus on supporting the operational teams through mentoring, coaching, training and advising.

The role of H&S Manager/Trainer is an in-field business support role to challenge and improve HSE performance through the delivery of the company Safety Behavioural programme, driving HSE innovation and promoting of positive SHE messages.

The focus of the role will be to work proactively to improve the client's HSE performance and require HSE inspections that will not just review what is happening at the time of the inspection but will also consider future works and whether HSE issues can beimproved.

Key skills and Qualifications

Minimum 5 year's experience within a reactive / social housing / maintenance environment.
Small works experience
NEBOSH Certificate and Corporate Membership of IOSH
PTTLLS / AET qualification
IEMA Environmental Management Certificate
