Interested in a career in sustaiability consultancy? We are looking for someone to join us in Spring 2023. The internships could be either part-time or full time from March or April. This could be full time (5 days) for 8-10 weeks or part time (2-3 days) for 12-24 weeks.

Full Job Description


Key responsibilities:


  • Conducting deskresearch on sustainability trends and innovations;
  • Writing briefing papers or insights reports on key topics, such as regulatory and political implications on climate and sustainability, etc.;
  • Supporting business development efforts through market research and proposal development;
  • Presentation(s) on research/project work in company team meeting;
  • Meetings with BRODIE team members for networking and learning;
  • Regular meetings with BRODIE Intern Lead to report progress.

Annual leave: 25 days plus 8 Bank Holidays per annum pro rata

  • Passion for creating a sustainable, healthy, resilient, and equitable built environment
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational capabilities and attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with diving in and working with autonomy in ambiguous areas
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally
  • Education or experience with applicable relevance, e.g. business, international affairs, environmental studies, etc.
  • Desire to work in sustainability consulting demonstrated by relevant course work, interest, or internship experience
  • A positive attitude, a committed work ethic and an ability to get along with teammates and clients.
