What will you be doing?
You will have multi-million pipeline responsibility for energy solutions across the UK, projects ranging from decarbonisation, energy efficiency, utilities and hard services O&M and large construction projects (i.e. new low carbon energy centres and infrastructure).


Salesforce is our CRM system of choice and you will be expected to maximise on its functionality to manage interactions with existing and new customers in order to retain, expand and secure new business.


What are we looking for?

  • A background in the energy industry, engineering or operations is essential.
  • Ability to nurture and develop relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.
  • Proven track record lead generation, project management and project qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience of taking a project to contract signature.
  • Motivated to work with existing clients to find extra opportunities and continuous improvement projects.
  • Good commercial awareness including finance and negotiation skills.
  • Use of CRM (preferably Salesforce).
