Residential Refurbishments & Social Housing

Here at Howells we are workng with an established Construction and Property Services Group to recruit a Divisional Director to join their team in the North West, leading on residential refurbishments and regeneration schemes predominantly on behalf of LocalAuthority clients.

Working closely with the MD, you will lead the business strategically to deliver on Operational, Financial and Growth targets.


We are looking for somebody with experience operating in a Director level position within the Construction sector, with demonstrable experience driving success and performance.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience within relevant role
  • Strategic Operator
  • Strong Communication & Influencing skills
  • Sound commercial and financial awareness
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
