An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our transport division in Ipswich. Due to growth

Responsibilities:

Collaboration with

Hiring Managers:
work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.

Business development: actively seek new clients to partner with through face to face meetings, sales calls and networking events.
Targets and Contribution: Meeting individual and team targets and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment function.
Processing and managing payroll and compliance.

Requirements:

Technology Familiarity: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software.
Organisation and

Time Management:
Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently as well as in a teamoriented environment.
Professionalism: High level of professionalism and integrity.
