Monday to Friday

9am - 5pm

37.5 Hours


This job role involves dealing with all customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner and resolving any issues relating to customer accounts.


Applicants will need to:

  • Have customer service experience
  • Be computer literate
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent time management and prioritise workload
  • Be articulate
  • Organised and able to cope within a busy office environment
  • Be proactive, selfmotivated and enthusiastic in solving customer issues
  • Have the ability to reliably commute to DT9 5EB

£22,600.00 per year
