Main Function:

Within the commodities discretionary trading team, in Singapore, London or NY ideally.

Responsibilities of this role:

Research and implement analytical tools to understand the commodity markets
Analyze large data sets using advanced statistical methods to forecast fundamental drivers of commodities and prices
Develop a strong understanding of commodity fundamentals, and come up with trading strategy ideas
Document all fundamental models, challenge them, as well as trading recommendations
Implement trading strategies, within the allocated risk mandate

Skill Sets Required:

- +2 years of experience

Quantitative background includes degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Financial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science and Physics
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with colleagues across multiple regions
Ability to work well under pressure
