We're growing rapidly, with teams expanding in the UK, US and Europe. We were also named as one of Campaign Best Places to Work in 2023. We have a savvy and enthusiastic team, who know Influencer Marketing backwards and source the best creators for every campaign and build the most engaging and impactful Influencer Marketing campaigns, and we are looking for a UK based Campaign Coordinator to join our team


We are looking for someone to:

  • Fully experience and engage with the influencer marketing world
  • Source and reach out to appropriate creators tailored to each campaign
  • Run and assist on small to midsize campaigns for YouTube, Instagram and Tiktok with the help of Senior team members.
  • Communicate with clients and content creators
  • Track and monitor campaign costs and results
  • Run content approvals by giving feedback to creators, ensuring they meet campaign requirements and confirm content publication dates
  • Work with the Creative Strategist team to ensure the campaign is running smoothly
  • Manage production and campaign administration e.g. booking accommodation, travel, Invoices, contracts etc.
  • Fully engage in the company culture and think about the future of Digital Voices

About you:

You are passionate about YouTube and are looking to grow within a rapid scaling agency team.

You have a deep knowledge of YouTube creators and social media platforms, as well as experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.


You'll be/have:


  • Fluent in French and/or German any other language is desirable
  • Passionate about YouTube and Social media platforms
  • Deep knowledge of creators and social media platforms
  • Impressive organisational skills
  • Confidence to work independently and on fastpaced campaigns
  • Interpersonal skills you'll need to have the ability to empathise with creators, especially during stressful times
  • Previous industry experience in a digital marketing agency environment is desirable but not essential

Remote (You will need to be based in the UK)
**Salary: £24, ,500 (depending on experience)
