Description

We are an ever-growing Construction Consultancy undertaking a variety of work in various sectors. We predominantly work in education, blue light and private clients. Our services range from Surveying Work, Contract Administration and Project Management.
Due to growth we are now expanding and looking for another surveyor to join our team.

Role

Skills Required:

Client Management Skills
Ability to manage projects keeping key stakeholders up to date
Strong Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Skills
Ability to work within a team
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapports with clients
A self starter attitude and understanding of business focus
A good understanding of JCT Contracts
The ability to deliver results and set / deliver to realistic timescales

We are looking for a Building Surveyor who gets satisfaction from knowing they have delivered a great project and performed well.

We require an individual who shares the same company growth plan as ourselves and actively looks for ways to grow the companyname and reputation.

We will look to support you as a professional in your career whether this be in the form of training, CPD's and / or exposure to new areas of surveying.

Qualifications Required

Degree in Building Surveying
Full UK Driving License

In return you will receive a slary of £25,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience and time spent in relevant job role, + company car and perfermamce bonus.
