Interim Support/Home Manager - 3-month contract with possibility to Extend.
Location:
North London
We are currently working with a small but highly thought of care provider who is looking for an Interim Support Manager for one of their services in North London.
This is a brilliant opportunity for any Home manager or an experienced Deputy that would like to step up into the role of Home Manager with the possibility of the role becoming permanent.
To be considered for this great opportunity_, _you will have the following skills and experience as outlined below.- An Active Nursing PIN.
- Experience within a similar role, or managing a team.
- Possess strong leadership and management qualities.
- Passionate about the residents in the home.
- Ability to be a handson manager and be passionate about the delivery of Care.
- Communicate professionally with visitors including family and friends.
- Excellent time management, delegation and organisational skills executed effectively under
- Exceptional listening skills, with compassion and empathy
- Act as a positive role model to inspire all colleagues to provide the best care.
- Able to identify opportunities to build and maintain relationships within the community.
