About the role


An opportunity is available for an experienced administrator to become part of the college's friendly and professional executive support team, to be responsible for supporting the college's Deputy CEO and CFO, who leads the college's curriculum and qualityareas.


Executive assistants are key to the smooth and efficient operation of the executive team and provide a personal administrative and organisational support service, liaising with other colleagues from across the college to ensure consistency, pace and momentumare maintained.

The team support with diary management, meeting arrangements, report writing, presentations, general office administration duties and provide support for tasks such as curriculum reviews, programme boards, risk management and administrationof our insurance and audit reporting.

About you


You'll have experience working within a busy administrative team across a arrange of administrative duties, providing support to multiple senior leaders including prioritisation of diaries and workload.

Previous experience of supporting curriculum and quality processes or experience of an educational environment would be particularly desirable.


You must be able to work professionally, flexibly and as part of a team with high customer service standards and have the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters.
