Reed Education are recruiting supply teachers for local primary schools in Norwich and Great Yarmouth.

If you are looking for additional supply work to fit around another job, wanting to get back in to teaching without the full teacher responsibilities,where you can cover for short term sickness then please read on (and apply).

We have a number of schools that we work with so we can give you both flexibility and a variety of schools for you to work in


We support schools with:

  • Emergency (on the morning or night before) sickness cover
  • Planned. advanced cover i.e. they need a teacher to cover their teacher who is on a training course next week
  • PPA Cover / ECT release cover
  • Paternity cover
  • Short term cover for a few weeks
  • Longer term cover (half a term upwards)

We can offer:
- £130 - £140 per day (depending on experience and travel)

  • Work in schools within a distance that you're only happy to travel to
  • Free CPD/training
  • Reduced DBS fee (if needed) and then refunded fully
  • Options for fixed term contracts and permanent job opportunities
  • A dedicated consultant who will work with and for you to get the right school
  • An easy to use online booking system that sends you your booking confirmation for the schools that you work on, a messaging system to your consultant and stores availability
