Job Introduction
We are looking for a
Stock Control Coordinator for the day to day running of the Stores Department at
Reach Printing Services in Watford.
Yu will be responsible for understanding and implementing all operations within the Stores Department as well as assistance and liaison with other Departments.
This is a Full time role based at our Printing site in Watford.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsibly for the following:
- Goods In, enter items into stores system ( EAM ) at cost or non cost, inform individuals of requested items arriving
- Goods Out, Packaging, Paperwork ( including customs ) arranging transport and cost
- Online ordering via Portals
- Raising Purchase Orders when required
- Overseeing new Onsite barcoding stock system and training of staff to use it. Inputting of cost codes, quantities when required for manual input ( in the region of 900 per month )
- Stock checks, yearly audit of stocked items ( in the region of
- Consumable Stock checks for various Production departments
- Review Technical logs on EAM and update
- Main contact point for Safety Footwear and H&S items from our main supplier
- Various FLT duties for various departments when required
- Preparation, Weighing and loading of all site waste to our main Waste contractor
- Organisation of other Waste contractors to remove other Waste streams and Skips
- Organising with contractors for repairs to various Compactors around site
- Involvement with some site projects and work involved around them
- Control and sending of Water sampling to providers
- Operational skills for EAM ( Stores ordering system )
- Operational skills for Barcode reading Goods In / Out
- Google Suite skills
- FLT Driving
- Understanding of all It systems associated with Stock system
- Understanding of Environmental waste streams for site, Google suite compliant
- Understanding of external online webshops and couriers ,
- Understanding of on site project work and its needs with regard to access
- You will be required to work within all Departments and have good relations and communication skills.
- Collaboration with vendors and contractors on site
- Always perseveres to gain the correct outcome within the task provided
- A good imagination to achieve the correct outcome, with ideas on how to improve the purchasing role
