My client who is based in Southampton is looking for an Account Manager on a permanent basis.

My client is a growing company based in the heart of the city.


Description
As the Account Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Being an integral part of the Onboarding Team you will manage the deployment of platforms for key clients.
  • You will be responsible for placing orders, provisioning software, scheduling internal
resources, coordinating with clients and suppliers, as well as maintaining
customer records and systems.

  • Managing the full lifecycle of a project from the handover of the sale to its
completion.

  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management
matters whilst building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer
relationships.

  • Your key responsibilities are ensuring a high standard throughout the
provisioning, delivery and customer experience.


Profile
In order to be considered for the role you will:

  • Have previously worked in account management/project coordination
  • Have great communication skills
  • Always aim to put the customer first
  • Be well organised and proactive in your approach
  • Ideally be studying towards PRINCE 2 qualification
  • Experience in technology and telecoms will be an advantage
