Full-Time Patient Coordinator (Reception & Administration) Immediate Start

Are you ready for an exciting opportunity? Stonegate Medical Clinic is searching for a dynamic "Patient Coordinator" to support our York practice.

In this role, you will provide stellar reception and administrative assistance to both our staff and patients, ensuring seamless operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception: Delivering a polished reception service, warmly welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism. Efficiently handling calls, managing patient bookings, and accurately addressing enquiries while documenting messages. Maintaining a detailed log of incoming calls and queries. Managing payments and ensuring timely referrals to relevant hospitals and departments.
  • Administrative Support: Recording patient notes in our online system and managing various documentation. Effectively communicating pertinent notes to other GP services. Maintaining consistency in formatting and document naming for easy retrieval.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of current health issues to ensure our website and social media platforms are consistently updated.
  • Office Management: Assist with various administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of providing highquality administration support, sales, and customer service within a team environment. Supervisor or managerial experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to showcase relevant experience, achievements, and competencies.
  • Compensation commensurate with experience.
Additional Preferred

Qualifications:


  • Previous reception or clientfacing experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Pay:
£12.00-£12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 38.75 per week

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
