Description

Do you have the necessary skills and flexibility to support the ongoing development and evolving portfolio of the corporate governance arrangements within the ICB.


You will have broad governance experience and knowledge in risk and Board management as well as specific Information Governance knowledge to act as the Data Protection Officer.

You will be joining a supportive, friendly team that manage a wide Governance portfolio.

You will undertake a range of key duties' to support the Director in the effective delivery of robust governance systems and processes across the ICB and ICS.


You will have key relationships with ICB Board members, NHS ICS Board and partner members, local Government, Governors and NHSE.


You will need skills in managing competing agendas, a supportive team management approach, as well as a flexible approach to new ways of working whilst ensuring safe and effective governance remains in place.
