Learning Content Designer:

Northamptonshire/Hybrid
£35K Basic salary


We need an enthusiastic and self motivated instructional designer/learning content designer who is a team player and loves creating online learning.

You would be joining a great organisation renowned for their creative work.

Working with their in-house team you would be providing creative digital content to some amazing global brands and blue-chip companies.

A wonderful opportunity, a real hands on role that will allow you to get involved in the end to end life cycle of learning.


The team don't just 'make' eLearning content, they write, design, animate, film, build and bring to life content that supports companies all over the world: A fun and friendly team awaits - They are genuinely passionate about what they do.


You would also be working closely with global clients, so an awareness of, and sensitivity to, different cultures is important.

As the face of the company, you'll need to remain professional and reliable, building strong relationships with various customers from CEOs to Customer Service Representatives.


You would be:


  • Working with the project managers and creative teams to ensure that projects are within budgets,scope and are running on time
  • Collaborating with the creative and production teams to ensure they're pushing boundaries, whilst aligning with the customer's needs and including the content and messaging they need
  • Communicating with customers to obtain information and signoff of written content
  • Regularly reviewing and proofreading projects with the creative team, to ensure the customer's brief is being met
  • Thinking of new and exciting ways to present eLearning content
  • Creating engaging, highquality stories and storyboards
  • Occasionally travelling to meet clients at their premises

You will need:


  • Experience of working in the learning design sector as an Instructional Designer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail, especially when it comes to spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Good storytelling
  • Empathy understanding clients, different audiences, and learners generally
  • Effective time management and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent Microsoft 365 skills
  • An ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • A proactive approach and be organised
  • To be a great team player
  • Enthusiastic with a 'cando' attitude.
