Description
Bradwell Maintenance operate throughout the Greater Manchester and Merseyside area, providing Property Maintenance Services for Landlords, Letting Agents, Homeowners and Housing Associations.
We are currently hiring for a full-time plumber to join our professional team of skilled tradesmen, to carry out a variety of maintenance work across the North West.
Applicants must be Gas Safety Certified.
Responsibilities include:
- General maintenance tasks
- Sealing baths, sinks, etc
- Grouting
- Installing and repairing pipework
- Fixing leaks to toilets, baths, sinks and other pipe work
- Unblocking blockages in the system
- Installing bathroom suites (disconnecting and reconnecting pipework)
- Tiling would be preferred but no essential
