Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant, Preston area.

£32,000 - £36,000 p/year depending on experience, working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Car Allowance of £4,200, Commission up to 35%, Flexible working hours, 25 days holiday rising to 30 + bank holidays, Free EV charging.

Responsibilities:

Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant specialising in long term temporary to permanent warehouse and production roles.
The role will be utilising a warm database of clients to grow the business, you will also have full autonomy with the clients you will be supplying.
Your main duties whilst growing the business will be arranging site visits with warehouse managers to introduce the company and the service we offer.
You will be tasked with expanding the existing business by offering a more efficient service than competitors.
You will need to have a good understanding of compliance and acceptable right to work documents.

Salary:
£32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
