Spartan Crew are an award winning international crewing company who supply crew to the events industry. We have been operating for five years and pride ourselves on exemplary customer service, enthusiasm and diligence. We provide crew for a wide range of events including concerts, festivals, major sporting events and corporate and private events.

We are currently working across major venues in London such as The 02, Wembley Stadium, Royal Albert Hall, as well as over the UK and Worldwide.


Last year we provided award winning crew to major events such as The Euro Football Championships, Glastonbury Festival, The Queen's Funeral, Formula E races, and The Commonwealth Games.


We are always looking to bolster our team with keen and enthusiastic people who are brimming with initiative and a passion to deliver high quality production to our clients.


The role of Guest Services Ambassador is to provide a high standard of client and guest care, and an all round great customer experience.


  • Ensure the highest standard of service for all guests.
  • Meet and greet guests, assisting them with any queries that they may have.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to speak to a variety of people, as well as being comfortable around large groups of people.
  • Have exceptional punctuality, time and diary management.
  • Possess operational knowledge of all reception services.
  • Have a professional telephone manner.
  • Must have excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail.
  • Ability to use their own initiative and take ownership.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Be adaptable, have strong problemsolving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience within a Front of House role.
  • Be trained in Emergency Response/First Aid.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
